The President's Office has received a letter from the National Federation Party calling on President Ratu Josefa Iloilo to dismiss Commodore Frank Bainimarama's interim regime.
President's Office Permanent Secretary Rupeni Nacewa confirmed to Fijivillage that the Office has received the letter from the NFP and Ratu Iloilo is currently looking into it before he makes a comment.
In the letter, National Federation Party General Secretary Pramod Rae said that the interim Cabinet has failed to fulfill the mandate given by the President 21 months ago, hence, it should be dismissed from office.
Meanwhile, Nacewa said the Office has not received any other letter from the Methodist Church or from ousted Speaker of Parliament Pita Nacuva who wants the President to recall parliament.
