Rajendra Prasad of Fiji stole the show in the mens High Jump event as he won gold with a jump of 2.03m in the Pacific Games.
29-year-old Prasad who is originally from Valley road, Sigatoka and is a former Marist Brothers High School student says some people criticised him when he decided to make a comeback from his retirement.
Prasad says it was worth making a comeback.
Sailasa Kalouniviti of Fiji settled for bronze in this event with a jump of 1.97m.
Looking at the medal tally, Fiji is in fourth place with 28 gold, 38 silver and 29 bronze.
