It has been confirmed that Pramesh Chand is expected to resume his duties as Permanent Secretary at the Prime Minister’s office from next week.
Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama has confirmed to Fijivillage that Chand will return to his position starting Monday.
PSC Chairman Rishi Ram said they are not aware of the matter yet as they will discuss Chand's case tomorrow.
Chand could not be reached for a comment.
It was confirmed earlier that Chand has resigned following a disagreement with the Interim PM.
