The five-member Fiji Power lifting team has just returned home from the Power lifting Commonwealth Championships and brought with them a handful of spoils to add to their names.
Helen Pahulu bagged in four gold medals and also scooped the Best Overall Lifter in the Female Junior division.
Senimili Turner, who was on her 1st Commonwealth, managed to bring back 4 gold medals, 1 silver and 1 bronze medal. Turner also set a two Commonwealth Records, in the squats with a 162.5kg lift and a 180kg lift in the Dead lift.
Lorance Visanti brought home 3 gold medals whilst Maroof Ramzan took out 4 gold medals.
Team Leader, Eliesa Irava managed 3 gold medals to his name and also set a Commonwealth Record in the Bench Press with a lift of 210kg.
