Expect the price of powdered milk products to increase as milk prices worldwide are rising at the fastest rate ever and will not fall anytime soon.
CEO for Rewa Dairy, Savenaca Seniloli has confirmed today that there has been an indication from overseas suppliers and recent world market analysis that the increase in the price of dairy products will be continuous.
Seniloli said that this has been caused by the increase in Global demand for milk powder plus the decline in supply from established developed dairy countries.
The Interim Minister for Agriculture, Jainedra Kumar has encourage local farmers to put more effort in the production of liquid milk as the milk powder prices will escalate further.
