The Post Fiji Limited Board said they have a plan in place if the members of the Fiji Post and Telecom Employees Association take strike action next month.
Speaking to Fijivillage News, Acting CEO, Sepeci Tora stressed while they are doing their best to avert the threat of a strike, they also have drawn up measures which will come into place if strike action is taken.
Tora also confirms that they have agreed to meet some of the demands put forward by the Union, but he refused to divulge the details.
Meanwhile, Telecom Fiji Chief Executive, Taito Tabaleka stresses that they are not in the position to give their workers pay increments and COLA.
The union has indicated that their 1,200 members around the country will start taking secret ballot for strike action on the 19th of next month.
