A number of highly qualified candidates from abroad have applied for the post of Supervisor of Elections in Fiji.
Chairman of the Constitutional Officers Commission Chairman Rishi Ram confirms that there has been a positive response since the post was advertised abroad through the Australian and New Zealand High Commissions.
However, Ram confirms that while applications close this Friday, the successful candidate is not expected to be announced until February next year.
