New Zealand Rugby Union boss Steve Tew can't hide his disappointment at the poor sales for tomorrow's test between the All Blacks and Flying Fijians at Carisbrook.

12,000 tickets have been sold with another 5,000-8,000 projected to go.

Tew said a range of factors are probably behind it, but they have to wonder about ticket prices.

He said if things don't sell it's either because they're too expensive or there's too much of something.

The cheapest adult tickets are between fifty to seventy five dollars.

The match is for the Christchurch Earthquake Appeal.

The All Blacks host the Flying Fijians at 7.35pm tomorrow in Dunedin.
