The strength and the weakness of the Digicel Fiji 7's team pool opponents is not known to the coaching staff at this stage, but the side knows that it will not be an easy outing in pool play.
Coach Josateki Savou said that England and Wales in the past IRB 7's series, have beaten Fiji in crucial stages but his boys will not let these past results be a hurdle to them.
Savou added that the preparation is now focused on defeating Wales in the opening pool game.
Today at 3pm the Fiji 7's team will take on the Army side in a practice match at the Post Fiji Stadium, where the coaching staff will test several combinations before they leave on Sunday.
Fiji's opening pool game next Friday is at 1.28pm against Wales.
