Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has stressed that he will remove politics from the sugar industry.
Bainimarama said for years politics has plagued the industry and it has created a lot of obstacles.
He said moves have started to remove politics to achieve the necessary reforms.
He has not revealed what steps are being taken to remove politics from the industry.
