Members of the public have been urged this morning to actively participate with the Fiji Police Force to fight criminal activities.
Police Commissioner Brigadier General Iowane Naivalurua made this call while opening the Community Consultative Forum at the Nasova Police Academy.
Members from the various government agencies, NGOs, Faith based organizations and the business community are taking part in the one day forum.
Police Spokesperson Fred Elbourne said the Commissioner stressed the importance of police and community partnership.
