People have to be reminded while the Public Emergency Regulation is in place within a 30 day period, they will only be investigated by Police if found to be breaching the PER.
Military spokesperson, Lt Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga said although the Military and Police are working together to see that people do not break the law, Police will take charge.
Regulations do not allow unlawful meeting and making public inciting comments.
