Senior officers of the Fiji Police Force will meet today to decide on their operations after the reinstatement of the Public Emergency Regulation.

Deputy Police Commissioner, Eroni Antonio confirms that they will discuss about police patrols and the number of officers that will be deployed to the various police checkpoints.

He said that the matter will be discussed with the Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations.

Meanwhile, Antonio has revealed that former Acting ACP Crime, Josaia Rasiga who was sent on leave after he was charged and taken to court by the Fiji Independent Commission AgainstCorruption will resume his duties with the police force soon.
