The Police side will be banking on experience for this year’s Fiji Bitter Marist 7s tournament.
Manager Tomasi Seviua said they have players like Vodafone Fiji 7s player Manueli Laqai who will lead the team in their bid to win the tournament.
Seviua said they have other players like Josevata Bole, Meli Kurisaru and Keponi Paul who is currently in the Fiji 7s training squad.
He said the loss to Wardens Gold in the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s final last year is still fresh in the minds.
Meanwhile, Pacific Energy today gave a total of $7,500 to the organizers of the upcoming tournament.
The Fiji Bitter Marist 7s will be held next Friday and Saturday at the ANZ Stadium.
