Police are seeking legal advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions office in relation to the incident where a 14 year old student allegedly sodomised a 7 year old boy in Lautoka.
Lautoka Police said the boy is a juvenile and they are waiting for a reply from the DDP's office to decide on their next course of action.
The alleged incident happened on Saturday last week in a settlement outside Lautoka city.
It is alleged the 14 year old student forcefully took the boy to a bush and sodomised him.
