Police have ruled out foul play in relation to the police officer who was found dead in a swimming pool at Queen Elizabeth Barracks last week.
Police spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the police officer from Lautoka Police Station was at the military barracks with about 70 fellow officers for hapkido training.
The officer’s body was later found in the swimming pool.
Inspector Sokomuri said the man will be laid to rest in Bukuya village on Thursday.
