Police have recovered the body of a man who was reported missing since Saturday.
National Fire Authority this afternoon confirms that the fire crew found the body of the 49 year old father of seven this morning in the Seaqaqa river.
Police Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed earlier this morning police officers managed to find mans clothes in a nearby river.
The man who was a driver with the Public Works Department left for work on Saturday morning but did not return home. According to records at PWD, the man did not even report to work.
Investigations are now underway.
