Police Officers from Central Police Station and Procera Music Shop raided a video shop in Suva yesterday morning.
Police Spokesperson Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said officers conducted a search at the video Shop and managed to confiscate 10 audio CDs and a copying machine.
He also said that the shop owner was questioned and released however no charges have been laid yet.
Meanwhile, Copyright Security officer at Procera Music Shop Shree Krishna who conducted the raid with the Police Officers raised concern that are people are still selling pirated CDs and DVDs.
He said one of his staff bought CDs from the shop twice after which a complaint was lodged with the police.
