Tavua Police are questioning two teenagers who are alleged to have been involved in the brutal killing of 66 year old Tavua shop owner, Narend Prasad on Friday night.

Divisional Crime Officer Western, ASP Waisea Kadawa has confirmed that two suspects aged 17 years were arrested on Sunday night and police have managed to recover some of the stolen items.

Police are awaiting the post mortem report before laying any charges. The other two suspects are in their early 20's and are also in custody.

The four attacked Prasad with an iron rod and tied him up before throwing him in a drain. Prasad was later found dead.
