Businessman Ballu Khan is being questioned by police officers at the Central Police Station following his arrest at about 1 o’clock this morning.
The Central Police Station has confirmed that Khan is being questioned in relation to the alleged breach of his bail conditions.
He was arrested by the Strike Back team after allegations that he breached the bail conditions by going to the Nausori Airport to pick some people.
Meanwhile, Khan's Lawyer, QC Peter Willaims told Village News this morning that Khan did not breach the bail conditions and that his arrest is illegal.
QC Williams said Khan may file another legal action against his arrest this morning.
