The Police 15's rugby team is predicting a close outcome in Friday's Sukuna Bowl challenge against Army at the TFL Stadium.
Spokesperson SP Erami Raibe said the players have been reminded throughout their 6 weeks of preparation that they cannot rely on their past 4 year winning streak to guarantee them a win on Friday.
Raibe said like in their past encounters they expect the Army side to come out firing as they have not laid hands on the Sukuna Bowl since 2004.
Police will have their captains run at the Nasova ground tomorrow before the Police Commissioner hands out the jersey to the players in the evening.
Police will take on the Army side on Friday at 4pm and a live commentary can be heard on our sister station Viti FM.
