A team of police officers have now been dispatched to Nasavu and Nailuva in Ra to monitor the situation after a man was killed yesterday when a brawl erupted between the two villagers.
Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri stressed that the officers are there to ensure law and order is maintained.
Sokomuri added that the man was killed after a heated argument between the villagers of past differences.
Police are continuing their investigations into the matter.
