Police have managed to locate the car which was stolen by three men early this morning from Drasa Avenue in Lautoka.

The car was found abandoned in Namosi and according to Police the car also sustained some damages.

The hunt for the three men is still underway and Police believe they may be from Suva who was trying to find transport back to Suva.

The car belongs to a businessman who went to a bread shop where he met the three men. The three asked if they could be dropped off at the Kashmir junction.

Upon reaching the junction, they threatened the businessman with a kitchen knife and threw him out of the vehicle.

A major manhunt is underway to arrest three men who robbed a 45 year old businessman in Lautoka at around half past two this morning.

The businessman went to a bread shop in Drasa Avenue where he met the three youths.

The three asked if they could be dropped off at the Kashmir junction.

Upon reaching the junction, they threatened the businessman with a kitchen knife and threw him out of the vehicle, a white Mazda twin cab registration DZ 145, which is yet to be recovered.

Police are on alert as the vehicle can be used in a robbery.
