Police are calling on people living in the coastal areas and those who are fishing in the Naselai waters to immediately report to them if they see a fibre glass boat drifting in the open sea.
Three people left fishing last night however on their way to Naselai their engine broke down.
One of the crew rang from his mobile to the Vodafone customer care at about 11.30 last night and reported that they are drifting towards open sea.
Police have no other information about the three and their mobile phone is now diverted.
