Police have launched a nationwide crackdown on brothel operators following the implementation of the new anti-prostitution law which came into effect this month.
Assistant Spokesperson Sergeant Suliano Tevita said owners of hotels and motels will be taken to court if they are found giving rooms for the purpose of prostitution.
Police are also targeting those who normally loiter in towns, cities and other public places at night.
