Nausori police are investigating a stabbing incident at Muanaweni, Nausori yesterday and a 60yr old woman is in critical condition at the Suva Private hospital.
Details of the stabbing incident are sketchy at the moment while police say a suspect is in custody.
According to police, a neighbour found the woman lying in a pool of blood.
