Police are investigating the death of a 78 year old Asian farmer of Veikoba, Kalabu who was found unconscious with head and body injuries on his farm yesterday.
He was taken to the CWM hospital where he later passed away.
Assistant Spokesperson Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri had confirmed that the farmer was found unconscious beside his van by a 25 year old woman.
A post mortem is expected to be conducted later today.
