Police are now working with officers from the Land Transport Authority to determine the cause of the fire which destroyed a bus in Field 40, Lautoka, this morning.
Director Traffic Control SSP Ramend Raj has confirmed that officers in Lautoka have been assigned to investigate the cause of fire and submit a report soon.
LTA's Divisional Manager Western Isikeli Lagilagi earlier told Fijivillage that they are also conducting their own investigations because the life of close to 50 people were at risk.
