Police are investigating an alleged murder of a retired bank officer in Yalalevu, Ba, whose body was found inside his house yesterday afternoon.
Divisional Crime Officer Western ASP Luke Rawalai had confirmed that the deceased who is in his 60's, was found by his neighbour and had visible injuries.
According to Rawalai, they suspect it’s a murder case because his house was broken into and there are signs that violence was used.
A post mortem will be conducted today. No one has been taken in for questioning yet.
