Labasa Police are investigating an incident where an unidentified man is alleged to have poured chemical into the water source of a farmer in Wailevu yesterday.
Assistant Spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said the 58 year old farmer allegedly saw the man pouring a chemical into the water following an argument.
Police are making arrangements to get the water tested to determine the kind of chemical that was allegedly poured.
The hunt continues for the unidentified man.
