Police are investigating the alleged murder of a 20 year old youth of Suvalailai village, Rewa yesterday.
Divisional Police Commander Eastern, SSP Emosi Baleinuku who is in the village has confirmed that that there were visible injuries on the youth's face and other parts of his body.
The deceased was found lying in a pool of blood by a woman near the village hall who then alerted other villagers.
He was rushed to the hospital however he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
It has been confirmed that the youth was at a drinking party before the tragic incident.
