Police are investigating the alleged murder of a 28 year old lab technician of Lautoka whose body was found in a pool of blood yesterday afternoon.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Sergeant Atunaisa Sokomuri confirmed that the deceased was found lying dead inside the Drasa based lab by his wife.
Deceased's wife was continually calling on her husband’s phone from midday but had no response.
She made her way to the lab at around 4 yesterday afternoon and saw her husband lying in the pool of blood.
Lautoka Police are expected to take some people for questioning later today.
A post mortem examination will be carried out tomorrow.
