Police have already interviewed two Ba soccer players in relation to the incident at Govind Park during the dying minutes of the Courts IDC final.

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ravi Narayan confirmed that another Ba soccer player is left to be interviewed along with some Ba officials and the match officials of the game between Ba and
Suva.                                    

Narayan said some other people will also be interviewed to establish who all threw stones and bottles into the ground.

Almost 70 Police officers had to try and contain the situation at Govind Park.

Ba players protested the goal by Suva's Waisake Navunigasau in the dying minutes of the final extra spell saying that the assistant referee had raised his flag for an infringement.

The Ba players immediately went to the referees to continue their protests while some fans ran onto the field.

Ba players also refused to take the field following the incident.
