Police have managed to identify the man who lost his life in a fatal accident on Saturday afternoon.
Assistant police spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said
the family of the 26 year old man of Nakasi identified him and post mortem is expected to be conducted later today.
The man was walking up through the World Harvest Center building towards Delainamasi Primary school when he was chased by two dogs.
The man tried to escape from the dogs and in the process ran across the road and was bumped by an on-coming taxi in which he died instantly.
A 35-year-old taxi driver is currently being questioned.
