Police are hunting for 4 men who robbed a Nakasi family early this morning.
Divisional Crime Officer Eastern, ASP Keshri Lal confirmed that the four men armed with cane knives and other house breaking tools stormed into the house and threatened the family members before ransacking the house.
The thieves managed to steal cash and other items including jewellery worth over $20,000.
The robbers then fled in the family vehicle a green wagon registration DR 598 which is yet to be located.
Police have warned that the vehicle can be used in a major robbery.
