The Fiji Police Force is expected to consult the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions today in relation to the charges and the prosecution of those who have been charged in relation to the alleged plot to assassinate the Interim Prime Minister, some senior military officers and some members of the Interim Cabinet.

Police Commissioner Commodore Esala Teleni told reporters in a press conference yesterday afternoon that they will consult the DPP's office soon and the files will be forwarded to them for prosecution.

Teleni highlighted that they will work together with the DPP's office in taking the suspects to court.
