With the 2008 National Budget just around the corner, the Fiji Police Force is still working on finalising its requests.
Deputy Police Commissioner, Eroni Antonio told Village News that Police Commissioner, Commodore Esala Teleni will have the final say as they have sent their submissions to him. He confirms their requests are reasonable as they have considered financial difficulties faced by the interim government.
The 2008 National Budget is expected to be announced on November 2nd.
