Police are still consulting the Director of Public Prosecutions on what charges can be laid against the owner of the house of Kuku, Bau road Nausori who is alleged to have shot two robbers early Thursday morning.

Director CID, Waisea Vakamocea told Legend FM News that police have laid charges against four suspects, alleged to have been involved in the robbery.

They have been charged with house-breaking with intent to commit felony and are expected to appear in the Nausori Court tomorrow.

The postmortem of 23 year old Wate Aka who was alleged to have been involved in the break-in has revealed that he died because of sever damage to his brain because of the gun shot wound.

His 36 year old elder brother is still in a critical condition at the CWM hospital after he is suffered a gun shot wound to his eyes and underwent surgery.

Meanwhile, Police have relocated the owner of the house who allegedly shot the two during the break-in for his own safety.
