Police have today denounced media reports that they have found some guns at one of the ten men's home who is facing charges of inciting mutiny and conspiracy to commit murder in relation to the alleged assassination plot.

Assistant Police Commissioner Crime, Nazir Ali said he is disappointed that some media outlets have been fabricating information and he will speak to them later this morning.

Ali had confirmed to Village News last night that they had only recovered some ammunition from one of the men's home who is already charged.

Ali said that he cannot reveal the type of ammunition found and is also tightlipped on how many rounds of ammo has been recovered.

Ali said the ammunition is likely to be presented in court for evidence.
