A team of Police Officers are now conducting house to house investigation in Veisari Lami in relation to the alleged murder of a 25 year old taxi driver whose body was found lying in a ditch yesterday.
Director CID Waisea Vakamocea confirms there were visible injuries on the victim whose body was found lying under a bridge in Veisari while his taxi was found abandoned in Samabula.
The post mortem of the deceased is expected to be conducted later today to determine the cause of death.
The taxi driver was reported missing when he failed to return home on Friday night.
