The Fiji Police Force has raised concern on the latest revelation that the youngest victim of sexual offence is 3 years old and the oldest offender that has been convicted is 80 years old.
Assistant spokesperson, Inspector Atunaisa Sokomuri said according to statistics, it is sad to note that most of the offenders were family members or known to the victim.
