Police have charged a former senior court clerk of Labasa for allegedly abusing his powers between 2004 and 2005.
The 55 year old former senior court clerk is charged with one count of abuse of office.
He has been bailed out by Police and will appear in the Labasa Magistrate court on the 3rd of May
