Police have charged three men after they were found with house breaking implements and also damaged a Police vehicle at about 2am on Monday at Muslim League Estate, Nabua.
Assistant Police Spokesperson, Corporal Suliano Tevita confirms a Police patrol was responding to a report of robbery with violence at Namadi Heights when they saw the suspects and gave chase.
There was a confrontation between the suspects and Police and in the process they damaged the Police vehicle.
The suspects were overpowered and arrested. The three will be questioned on other robbery cases in Suva area.
