Police are awaiting confirmation from the authorities at Sigatoka hospital in relation to an alleged abduction of an 18-year-old woman.
Police Chief Operations Officer ACP Rusiate Tudravu confirmed that Sigatoka Police have received a report involving an 18-year-old woman at Sigatoka who reported that she was allegedly injected with an unknown substance by her attackers.
ACP Tudravu said this is an allegation which Police are seriously looking into and investigations are continuing.
