Police have managed to arrest over 600 people in Central Division in relation to various criminal offences during their Operation Clean Sweep which started last month.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime, Nasir Ali confirms these offences were mainly home invasions and robbery with violence cases.
The operation is expected to kickoff in other divisions soon.
