A team of Police officers uprooted $5000 worth of plants believed to be marijuana from a farm in Cakaudrove yesterday afternoon.

Police spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri said a team of five police officers uprooted 25 plants from a plantation in Navonu, Cakaudrove.

He said that police officers are now trying to locate the owner of the farm.

Police officers are still trying to locate the owner of the plantation where more than $200,000 worth plants believed to be marijuana was discovered two weeks ago in Nadamole village, Cakaudrove.
