Police are questioning three suspects who were allegedly involved in a robbery at Kuku, Bau Rd, Nausori where 23 year old Wate Aka died and his 36 year old older brother is fighting for his life at CWM hospital.
When questioned whether the owner who allegedly shot Aka will be charged, Chief Investigator, SP Prem Adip Singh said that he could not comment.
