Most of the police posts around the country are expected to be operational twenty-four hours from next year.
Chief of Staff Officer, SSP Berenado Daveta confirms they will have more officers deployed from headquarters and other divisions on the ground to ensure people are given a better service.
He said as a result more police officers will be in police stations and police posts at any time of the day and they are considering to operate some police posts day and night.
Many police posts are operational between 8am to 5pm.
SSP Daveta said major changes are expected in the Police Force from early next year as this will ensure better utilization of resources in headquarters.
