The Police Commissioner has today confirmed that former Assistant Police Commissioner Crime Josaia Rasiga and Nadi businessman Abbas Ali are now being investigated by police.
Commodore Esala Teleni has confirmed that the FICAC who later withdrew the charges against them, have referred the matter to police.
According to Teleni, the two will be charged soon and will be produced in court.
As for Josaia Rasiga, Commodore Teleni said that he will not join the Police Force as stated earlier.
