Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a four year old girl earlier this week.
Police Spokesperson Atunaisa Sokomuri said the girl was playing with her elder sister when a steel gate fell on her head resulting in severe head injuries.
She was rushed to Nausori Hospital and then was transferred to Suva Hospital but later died at the hospital.
